These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FluentSpeaks platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or its users.

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FluentSpeaks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties and encourage you to review their terms and policies before engaging with them.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluentSpeaks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
